At Divine Designs, we begin by clarifying exactly what you want to achieve. Together we’ll establish your creative and practical direction: the what, where, why, when and how, and arrive at a clear wishlist.
When we are dealing with a couple, we’ll ask you to write individual wishlists without conferring. Why are you doing this? What does your perfect home look like? It’s very common for one partner to think one thing, while the other thinks another. This approach enables us to compare both of your requirements, and create a wish list that pleases everyone.
The vision you have for your house must be your own. To learn about your vision and get a clear view of your expectations, we ask that you send us photos of inspiration; your own personal mood board!
Once we have collected your thoughts, we can tap into our expertise and add some ideas of our own. Adapt styles, structure and design in accordance with your tastes and preferences.
Once we have a clear view of your vision, we’ll establish what’s practical and what’s not, within your budget.
You may think some aspirations are outside your reach. But if there is a cost-effective way to realise your goals and build your dream home, then we will advise you. As architectural technologists, we understand the science and technology that goes into constructing your design, and we’ll know if it is feasible to deliver within your budget - complete with that WOW factor.
Your home is your greatest asset and you should invest in it accordingly. And when you do, it’s of utmost importance to us that you feel informed and in control throughout the entire process.
We’ll make sure that you understand every step of the process, through design, understanding of building regulations, application for planning permission and the demands that come with the construction itself.
